Simonton Window

Question

Simonton window. Top sash is 21 inches, bottom sash is 22 inches. Pictures of stickers on the sash are attached for reference. The broken parts are both top window coil balances (not sure if that's the actual part name!) and bottom right (when looking from inside the house) coil balance. The piece of plastic that the metal part nests in has cracked, so the metal falls out when you move the window and the window slams down. I can provide additional pictures and measurements as necessary.

Hi there! It looks like you need new pivot shoes. The bad news is that Simonton doesn't make these anymore.

The good news is that the 15-192 can be used as a substitute, but there's a catch. The center metal cam that comes with it isn't compatible with your old pivot bar. As such, you need to reuse your original cam with the new shoe housing. They should just pop in and out.
