Simonton Window

Hello,

We have Simonton window. Bottom window ID shown in picture. The window doesn't stay up. The shoe broke and and the top part coil with a metal band doesn't have anything to grab onto. I am not sure what part I need to fix.

Any help and part # would be appreciated.
