Simonton Window Coil Balance

Hello, I have a couple windows that need a new coil balance. The only information on the windows I can read is that they are "Simonton" windows, installed in 5/1997. I'm pretty sure they are dual coils (I see two coil housing spots at the top, with the coil bands pulled down the sides). The coil and plastic are broken, so I'd need the entire assemblies. Is this enough information to help locate a proper replacement?

Those are exactly right. I also found the coil weights printed on the old coils and placed an order. for a bunch of parts. Thanks for your help!
