Simonton Window Coil Balances

Question

I have a Simonton double-hung replacement window with broken coil balances on the top and bottom sashes.

The windows are approx 25 X 50 and each sash weighs about 15 pounds.

I have included a picture of one of the broken units, and a picture of the window nametag.

Can you recommend some replacements?
