We can definitely supply new tilt latches and coil balances for you, but we'll need more information before we can recommend anything. 

First, regarding the coil balances, can you remove the sash from the window and show me a clear photo of the pivot shoes that attach to the springs at the bottom? If I can ID the pivot shoe, I can ID everything else related to it, including the springs and covers. I'd also like you to confirm the thickness of the springs just so that we're 100% sure.

As for the tilt latches, you might have a match for our 26-243 and 26-244. You'll need to get an undamaged latch from another window to confirm, though. There's no way to do that using damaged hardware.
