Simonton Window Part

A home owner from Concord, NH says:
I am trying to replace the "shoe?" and balance on double hung Simonton Windows. I cannot get into the apartment at this time to remove the broken parts and get barcodes. A best guess would be helpful.Looks like they were purchased 6/23/2011?

Thanks for posting. This resembles our 15-192 Pivot Shoe. However, these old Simonton shoes have a cam that is slightly different in configuration. This can affect compatibility with your existing pivot bar. What we recommend is that you save the cam of your old pivot shoe, assuming it is undamaged, and then swap it out with the cam that comes with the 15-192. Let us know what you think.
