Simonton Window Parts

Question

Hello!

I have 4 broken Simonton window balance parts. I would like to replace the entire unit shown in the photos including the coils. I took a photo of the coil number and of the window label.

I also need 1 tilt latch that looks like the one above. Unfortunately, I do not know what size it needs to be for a Simonton Window.

Take a look at our video below that shows the recommended parts and replacement process for your Simonton coil balance.

As for the tilt latch, we would need to see an undamaged latch removed from one of the windows, along with written-out dimensions, to compare to our inventory. Thank you.
