Simonton Window Shoe Pivot Brake

Question

Hello, I'm requesting assistance with identifying the correct parts to replace the Simonton Window Shoe Pivot Brake for two side by side double hung windows where the parts have broken.  Photos are from one of the the bottom sashes and a single sash weighs 20.8 pounds.  I would need a total of four as both sides of both windows are broken.
