Simonton Window Spring Replacement

Unfortunately we cannot identify the style of coil balance the window uses from the images provided. To further review, we will need to see a clear image of the pivot shoe that the coil springs are attached to along with knowing the thickness of the coil spring. It should either measure 1/2" or 3/8" thick. Please also inform if there are any numbers stamped on the metal coils themselves.
