Simonton Window coil balance replacement

Unfortunately, the customer removed both of the balances after taking his picture and threw them away. I managed to grab a picture of the SKU. Hopefully that helps identify what type I'll need to order

Hello! Thanks for reaching out to us. This sticker doesn't help us identify your customer's hardware, I'm afraid. It's unfortunate they threw out the old balance hardware. We can't help without seeing the original pivot shoe and knowing the size or stamp of the coil springs. It's just not possible for us to identify missing hardware, unfortunately. I am very sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
