Simonton Window "hinge" piece that connects the window to the hinge

We are requesting the piece that connects the window to the hinge. We also would need the little pin that goes with it. A attached are a couple of pictures to where this piece goes to. The Simonton window number (which is discontinued) is:

DMRH LEAR C0007 or 0856512/02 (not sure which one you need)
