Simonton Window latch handle replacement needed

I am in search of a handle/latch setup to repai one that broke from my awning type crank window. This handle locks the window in place or allows it to be wound out when unlocked. Attaching pics of my window and the handle/latch goes in the narrow opening shown on one picture with the opening. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Thank you for reaching out to us. It appears the latch in question is missing from this window. I'm afraid we won't be able to help without seeing a photo of the original. Is there an identical window in the house? If so, we can use that as a reference.

I purchased the item 38-096 and was able to retrofit it to my window by expanding the channel in the frame where it mounts so it works perfect as a replacement for then original part I'm pretty sure is no longer made or available.
