Simonton Window parts needed

Window coil does not work. Plastic part on bottom attatched to coil holding metal window shoe broke. Need parts and instructions to replace please. Thanks.

We can't be sure with the hardware still installed but it looks like you may have the type of Simonton hardware shown in the video below. If so, look over the conversion process to replace your original balance assemblies. We'll relate a few additional videos on this page to help you through the process. Thank you!
