Simonton Window pivot shoes

Home Owner from Maryland
We bought a pair of Simonton double hung sash windows from a salvage store, for use in a greenhouse. See one of the pictures for the Simonton label. Two of the pivot shoes have broken, as shown in the other two pictures. These pivot shoes attach to a coil spring. Are replacements available?

Your specific shoe isn't made anymore, but you can use the Certainteed brand 15-192 as a substitute.

One thing to note, however, is that the Certianteed shoe is not a direct replacement for your Simonton shoe. The metal cam may be slightly different. Not always, but it happens. You should hold onto your original metal cams and reuse them if necessary.
