Simonton Window replacement part help

Question

Hi,

Needing to replace ballasts and a latch. I have at least 4 ballasts that need to be swapped out - plastic housing and counter weights. I also have the illustrated latch (I'm sure my terminology is wrong) to replace.

Hi Ken. Can you remove the coil balance system and show us pictures of the pivot shoe at the bottom? Can you also tell us the thickness of the springs inside the housing? That information should tell us what you need. For the tilt latches, you might need our 26-243 and 26-244. But please remove an undamaged version and compare all the dimensions to confirm.
