I am afraid there is no way of identifying a balance with a window number. The best way to locate a replacement would be to remove the balance from the window if you have not already and send us some photos of the entire balance. From there we will need to know the length of the metal portion of the balance, as well as the channel width of the balance, and lastly provide any stamp numbers you may see on the balance. Once all that information is collected, we can begin to search for a replacement.
