Trying to replace coil balance and pivot shoe in Simonton Window. Please see attached photos. Any suggestions or advice on where to start would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Hello there. It looks like you have a 15-111 Pivot Shoe. This shoe works with either 3/8" thick Series 165 Coil Balances, or the 1/2" thick Series 160 balances. Compare the thickness of your old coil springs to both Series to see which matches what you need. Let me know if you have further questions.
