Simonton balance broken

Question

Both springs on each side of the window snapped on the balances. Only one spring partially readable what 0we could glean was "#6.5" or #6.9"and I believe there was another number that was a "354" with a "pat 523208". This is on a double hung window, bottom window, dimensions listed on tag 21.313 x 29.875. Any help is greatly appreciated!
