Thanks for posting. To recommend the correct replacements, I'll need to see a photo of the hardware removed from the window. The window sticker, unfortunately, does not provide the information needed to recommend the correct balances.
There are a few different options we can recommend, so we'll need to see the photos to narrow them down and ensure we are offering the best possible solution.
Thanks for the photos. Your pivot shoe resembles our 15-111. I am confident this is the shoe you'll need. Take a look at the dimensions below and see what you think.
The coil balance springs compatible with this shoe are the Series 160 coil balance, which has a 1/2" width, and the Series 165, which has a 3/8" width. To determine which series you'll need, you'll have to confirm the width of your springs. Then you'll need to check them for any stamps/markings that might indicate the amount of weight the springs can carry.
If there are no stamps/markings on the coils, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of your window. Once you have the window weight you'll need to divide it by the number of coils in the window.
In regard to your tilt latches, I recommend starting with our 26-243 and its opposite 26-244. Carefully review and compare the dimensions from the diagrams below to confirm that this is the correct replacement.
