Simonton brand 3 coil spring balance

Question

Hi there?I'm trying to locate a replacement part for the 3 coil balance for my Simonton windows. Can you help? I will need several of them. Is there a right and/or left side specific part? Or are they all the same regardless of the side of window? Any help would be appreciated.
