Simonton casement window with truth hardware

Question

I have a casement window I was taking out to replace rotted wood and the window fell out of the frame bending all the brackets. The truth hardware has numbers. Here is what I can find.

However I can't seem to find everything I need. The metal sashes and the black plastic clips I need as well.

Hey there,

Thanks for reaching out to us! The operator pictured here is the 39-253RB Encore Dual Arm Operator. This uses the 39-529 track slider which attaches to the pin at the end of the arm and slides in the 39-528 14-1/2" Casement Track.

The cover for this operator is sold separately so you'll need either of the 39-375 folding handle kit or the 39-451 non-folding handle kit. The opposite handed versions of the operators and covers have also been tagged below.

Dimensions for 39-253RB

The other metal pieces appear to be part of the window hinge. You may be able to use the 36-048 2-Bar Hinge Set but you'll need to find an undamaged hinge and compare the dimensions below.

These hinges can be used to replace the top and bottom hinges on the left or right side of the window.
