Simonton coil balance

A handy person from Olney, Maryland says:

In 2005, I had Simonton 5500 series double Hung windows installed. Attached are pictures of the shoe and the coil spring from one of the windows.The spring is attached by the hook as shown. The spring has the number 8.5 printed on it. The 5 is not real clear and may be something else. What replacement parts do you carry for this.

Greetings. We have the coil spring, the S159-8, and the support, the 15-255, but not sure you can use the pivot shoe. We need to see your pivot bar to confirm. Please show us the pivot bar out of the window, and we'll go from there.
