Question

These are Simonton double hung tilt windows with the following numbers (see photo) H-R30-48x80 series 40-17 P.L.# 063-038 code SIM-1

I definitely need the Tilt balance and sash pivot bar. I also need the part the window sits in which I believe is the pivot lock shoe? I need these parts for both the inner half window and outer half window. I've never replaced window parts before but I am very handy and I'm sure I'll figure it out. Thanks in advance!

We can help you replace this balance, but we need a bit more information. I need you to remove the pivot shoe from the window and show us a photo of it by itself. That will allow us to determine everything else you need related to this balance system.
