Simonton double hung window

The shoe on our balance assembly broke and we're looking for a replacement part. A few pictures are attached. We believe we have Simonton windows.

Hi, Ken! Simonton doesn't make these anymore but our 15-192 should work. The Simonton pivot bar isn't always compatible with the CertainTeed metal cam, so we suggest holding onto your original pivot shoe since there's a chance you'll have to reuse the old metal cam.
