Hello! We need the coil balance assembly(ies) for a simonton double hung window that won't stay up any more. See photo for cracked coil balance shoe(s). I may not have the right names for the parts. What do we need, and how do we order?

Unfortunately, the brand alone nor the photos help to narrow down the replacement assembly.
