I am trying to identify the little (dust gasket?) on the windows. The little fuzzy strip on the inside of the lower and the outside of the upper windows that fits to the sill?
Is this a replaceable part? What is it actuall called & how do I get some.

This is probably wool pile that you're describing. Take a piece off the window and send us a cross-section or "profile" view (see the examples at the bottom of my post) to help us identify the part. It usually is replaceable. If so, you'll be able to make an order online through our site. Let us know if you run into trouble.
