Simonton double hung windows

I have Simonton double hung windows. One has a upper clutch assembly that broke. One tilted in during wind wind. I got it closed. Air is leaking in between the top and bottom sash. I can't lock it. I would like to talk to someone about buying parts. One had that plastic break off. I would love to find someone that fixes windows. Thanks, Steve

Thanks for posting. This looks a bit like our 26-122, which we've seen used in some Simonton windows in the past. Compare the dimensions and specifications to your existing hardware and let me know if you think this could work for you.
