Simonton double hung windows

Question

Our Simonton double hung windows need some replacement parts. The tilt latches are broken on several and the plastic covers that protect the springs are cracked. Our son destroyed his one spring. I have attached pictures of all three of the parts but I'm not sure exactly what replacement parts to order. Also, our one screen broke and got thrown away.
I also added a tag from one of windows. They are all the same size.
Can you please let me know what parts I need to order.

Thanks for writing in! I am confident we can supply you with a replacement for the coil balance assembly but I'll need to see a photo of the pivot shoe to identify the correct replacement. Unfortunately, I cannot identify the assembly based on the sticker from the window.

You'll also need to remove the coils to confirm any stamp/markings on them, this will help to determine the spring strength each of the coils needs to be to support the weight of the sash. Since you've mentioned that one of the coils is completely destroyed, it might just be best to obtain the exact weight of the sash.

In the meantime, the tilt latch can likely be replaced with our 26-243 and 26-244. To confirm, carefully review and compare the dimensions below to see if this is the correct replacement. If the measurements are not a match, I'll need to know the exact dimensions of the latches, written out.
