Thanks for contacting us. I'm not sure if yours is for a left or right swing casement window, so take a look at both the 39-375 and 39-376 kits. See if this style matches yours. These do come in a brushed nickle finish.

Here are two pics of the handle off and on the crank.

Could that be the same assembly?

That looks like it'd be our 39-375, in terms of which side you'd need. I think this will be compatible with your old operator, yes.
