A quick learner from NY says:
Pivot shoe broke. The Both coils have 408 on them. Do I need a whole need balance assembly?

This looks like a 15-192 Pivot Shoe, which uses our Series 170 and Series 171 Coil Balances. The video below explains more. If the springs are undamaged you don't need to replace them, but if you do, note that your old pair of springs equaled 16 pounds of support: in that case, I advise you use our S170-409 9 pound spring and our S171-407 7 pound spring, to equal that 16 pounds of support. 

Finally, note that the Simonton version of this shoe had a slightly different metal cam. So we recommend swapping out the old metal cam with the one in the new shoe.
