Previously purchased this but can't seem to find them. There is a similar one 15-192 ? will this fit?

The old Simonton pivot shoe has been discontinued for many years now, and they never made a replacement. Fortunately the 15-192 will fit, yes, but with a few caveats. Firstly, those bumps you see on the face will very likely get in the way of installation. You will need to trim those down so that the new shoe can fit in the track.

Secondly, the metal cam won't be compatible with your old pivot bar, so reusing the original cam will be necessary. Fortunately they can just pop in and out fairly easily. As long as your old metal cam is in one piece it shouldn't be an issue.
