I just realized, I didn't actually ask any question,...
I am looking for a part number and source for the pictured release mechanism. These are Simonton single hung windows.

Hi Steve,
These latches look similar to SWISCO product codes 26-243 and 26-244. Start there and compare the measurements to your current latches.

If they differ, please remove a latch, take a couple more photos, and provide measurements for us to research further.
