Simonton vinyl sash windows springs broken - need replacement parts

Question

I have a sash window that has broken springs (both broken) - basically spring metal snapped. They were purchased from Allied Building Products Mansfield Ohio more tha 20 years ago. I have watched a video on how to replace these springs. I need to purchase replacement sprints and the plastic wedge to assist in installation. How do I order replacement springs?
I have pictures of the barcode and information on the window.

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see the window balance uninstalled, including both end fittings and the numbers stamped on the metal channel, to compare to our inventory.

I'm not sure which part you're referring to as the plastic wedge but the top sash guide comes to mind. If you need those, we'll need to see photos of an intact guide removed as well to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
