It is likely you have the Series 170 and Series 171 coil balance springs, however, I cannot confirm that, with certainty, without seeing the parts removed from the window. If your springs do not match these springs, I'll need to see yours removed from the window.

You'll also need to check for any stamps/markings on the metal coils that will indicate the spring strength needed for your window. Since the coil is missing from the first photo, you'll need to check the other side of the window to confirm the springs needed. It may be that there was only one coil in that window initially.

If you are unsure of the amount of coils or you cannot confirm the stamp, you'll need to obtain the weight of the sash and divide it by the total number of coils in the window.
