Hello,
Take a look and compare our 26-122 vent latch to yours. Also, I'd recommend removing an undamaged pivot shoe and comparing our 15-192 shoe and the Series 170 and Series 171 coil springs that anchor to this shoe to your original hardware. Thank you!
