Simonton window

I think the gear mechanism for this opener jammed or got out of alignment.  It was stuck in the open position so I had to remove the hardware to pull the window closed.  The sticker in the picture is the only legible identification that I could find on the window.  I think I need the whole gear mechanism with the two arms that come off of it.   If it helps, I purchased this as a special order window from Home Depot around 2019 or 2020.  But they don't have any record of me ordering it.
