Simonton window balance

Need help ordering a balance assy for a Simonton window. Pictures 2&3 are the label on the window. Also the catch latch (don't know if this is the proper name) picture 1. Thank you

Hi, Rick. The part in your first photo looks like a tilt latch. Specifically, it resembles our 26-243 and 26-244. Look over our dimensions and see if you agree.

I need to see the balance itself to identify it. Ideally, I'd like to see it out of the window so that there's no obstruction.
