Simonton window balance

Looking to replace several of these balances. Measurements in pictures. 3 1/8" long by 1 1/4" wide at widest part (tabs). 2 screws. Removable rubber piece at bottom. Need coils as well. Double hung windows. Sticker on window frame is in pictures.

Thanks for posting. Can you tell us the width of the coil spring tape? it should be 1/2" or 3/8". Can you also show us the pivot shoe the springs attach to? That should narrow things down.

1/2" width of coil spring tape. Here is the picture of the pivot shoe.

Perfect, thanks. This looks like a 15-111 pivot shoe, which works with 1/2" Series 160 Coil Balance springs. To know what replacement spring weights you need, see the video below. Let me know if you have questions.
