Simonton window balance

I am trying to replace the balance on a Simonton single hung window. Both of the balances need replaced. The entire balance needs replaced but the sliders appear to be fine. There is a metal bar on the bottom of the window that needs replaced on one side. This metal bar is what connects the window to the slider. The number of one of the six springs in the sliders is #5.0 35" P. The PAT # is 5232208. Do you guys sell the entire slider set? Thanks.
