This broke on a simonton window in my home upper sash left hand side viewing from the interior . Can't find any numbers on it only CHINA on plastic

This looks like the 15-192 shoe, which uses the Series 170 and Series 171 Coil Balances. The video below goes into more detail. Note that the Simonton version of this shoe has a slightly different metal cam shape, so it's best to swap out the old cam with the one that comes in the new shoe, to ensure the new shoe is compatible with your window's pivot bar.
