Simonton window bottom gasket has dry rotted and is crumbling. Window tilts at bottom but top window is stationary. Windows are over ten years old.

Hello there. Compare our 58-183, 3/16" T-Slot weatherstrip to yours. Other people with Simonton windows have used this and have had success. Compare our measurements to yours and let us know if this will work for you.
