Simonton window channel balance

Looks like your shoe is the only broken part. I believe you can replace this with our 15-192. However, since you have a Simonton window, that means your old pivot bar may not fit in the new center metal cam. If that's the case then you can re-use your old metal cam, so make sure you hang onto it! They just pop in and out.
