Simonton window coil balance assemblies.

Question

Hello. I have some Simonton double-hung windows, and need replacement coil balance sets for both sides for 2 windows (4 assemblies in total).
Each side of the window has 2 springs. The springs weigh 50g each. One spring has "4065" printed on it.
I need appropriate replacement springs, bushings, pivot shoe, shoe cover and probably pivot bars.
