Simonton window help

Quick Learner
Hope you can help. Have more than one Simonton casement window at a house hear the coast in which the part connected to window is severely rusted and cant open the window and/or the bar connected to the bottom of the window has rusted off.

Can you help guide me as to which hinge and parts I need to replace these components? Please see attached and if you need any additional photos I can send

Hello! I'm very confident we can supply you with a hinge that will repair your window. Before I recommend anything, can you verify the length of the track that screws to the sill? I can't quite make it out from just a photo of a tape measure.

Thanks Tom. The track is 13"

Thanks! They don't make 13" hinges anymore, but I think our 14" 36-049 will work fine. Just note that you will need to replace the top and bottom at the same time. You never want to mix old and new hinges, especially if there's a difference like that.

I'm a bit confused by the part you suggested. There is an additional bar that attaches to the bottom of the window itself and the part you suggested doesn't have that, if you look at my picture (bottom
View).

I'm afraid I don't know what bar it is you're referring to. Looking at your photos, your hinge assembly only has two bars and then the base track.

Could you be referring to the crank operator? If so, that's a different component that isn't connected to your hinge in any way.

If I'm off base, please provide a clearer photo of the part in question and I'll do my best to provide an answer.
