Welcome to SWISCO. That window information doesn't really tell us much about the small hardware on the window like latches. Can you send a photo of your latch to allow us to identify it?

How do I send a picture from our cell phone? Is there a number to send it to? I also noticed on the latch the letters HIL and 9429 and40mm.

Ah, no need to send photos, then. I'm afraid this type of casement lock is no longer available. We may have a replacement, the 38-139, but I can't guarantee it will work. I'm sorry that we can't offer any better options, but this is the closest we have. Take a look at the measurements, and let me know if it looks like you can use our replacement.

Thanks for you help, but the latch you suggested will not fit the current mounting holes. They are 2 and three quarters.
