Simonton window part

A home owner from Mount Airy, MD says:

Top window falls down when unlatched. Not sure what parts are needed but the piece shown here I think is broken. Can you get a two replacements? Thank you! Joe

Casey from SWISCO responded:

Hello,

Take a look at our 15-192 pivot shoe and see how the dimensions compare to an undamaged version. Also, I would recommend holding onto the metal center cams since the Simonton version of this shoe sometimes has a slightly different shape, so you may need to reuse the metal cams in the new shoes for them to work properly. Thank you!
