Simonton window part

A quick learner from Milford pa says:
Can you tell me what I need to order? Simonton windows. Nearly 50 percent of the windows in this house are broken, from a foreclosure. It's a spiral balance afaik, but I have no idea what parts I need.

Sure, I think we can help. For the balance, can you tell me the diameter of the metal tube? If it's 3/8", I recommend our Series 900 spiral balance. If it's 5/8" or 9/16", consider our Series 600 instead.

What other parts did you specifically need? Simonton used a lot of generic parts, so you could have pretty much anything. If you can, please take a picture of each part that needs to be replaced and we will do our best to find a match. Dimensions would also be a big help.
A quick learner from PA says:
It is 3/8. I'll probably also need the shoe. Some of them are still working, but others are broken or missing. Thanks for the help.

OK, I have a few more parts that need replacement as well. Is it the pivot bar? It broke in half on one window.. also, the shoe, and the latch. The shoe size. 1.25 wide x 2 tall x .5 deep, best I can tell.

Pictures attached, thanks for the assistance.

The pivot shoe looks like our 15-210, while the pivot bar that works best with it is our 26-272. As for the window lock, can you tell me the distance between the two installation holes, center-to-center?
