Simonton window parts

This looks like a 15-192 Pivot Shoe, which uses the Series 170 and Series 171 Coil Balances. See the video below for details. Note that the Simonton version of these shoe have a different metal cam design, and so it's best to swap out the cam with the one in the new shoes to ensure pivot bar compatibility. As far as the tilt latches go, see if the 26-244 and 26-243 match what you need.
