I don't believe your corner is still available. You will need to take a look at our corner key section for screens to see if you can adapt any to work for your window. You could start by looking at our 95-187 corner key for 1" x 5/16" frames.
I don't believe these corners are made anymore, unfortunately. I believe they were from the old Bayform brand screens, who is a company that went out of business many years ago. To my knowledge there is no alternative to this style.
Hello, Rod. As stated previously in this thread, the old Bayform screen, and all constituent parts, are completely obsolete. I don't think you'll have any luck finding this anywhere. As far as I'm aware, no company ever picked up production of these parts, so when Bayform stopped making them that was the end of the road. We also have no verified alternatives.
I have a similar-looking screen corner, but I'm unsure if it is the same. I have attached a drawing with the critical dimensions. The thickness is of the main body, not of the various extensions hanging off.
Is the 95-187 the correct starting point? The 5/16" is a measure of what dimension?

This does appear to be the same corner. I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news but so far we have had no new developments. At this time the Bayform corners are completely obsolete and there are no alternatives so far as we are aware.
For future readers of this post, I'm not surprised by the lack of success of this component because the plastic disintegrated despite coming from a window with limited sun exposure.

There is unfortunately no alternative we're aware of. We've tried many different possible replacement parts with no success.
