I think the bouncers are bad they are double fold in can you help me with a part number

Hello! If these are Simonton windows, then I think you can use our Series 170 coil balances for the bottom spring and Series 171 for the top spring. You'll need the stamps on the old springs to confirm the best option before ordering.
